We offer different delivery options, and the price and time frame depend on what you select at checkout. The delivery options for each product are shown on the individual product pages and again during checkout.

Standard UK Delivery

We offer free standard UK Mainland delivery on orders over £30.00

• Excludes furniture and large items. Bank Holidays may affect delivery times.

For orders under £30.00, standard UK Mainland delivery fee is £4.99
This service usually takes 3–5 working days from the day you place your order.

Express UK Delivery

If you need your item quickly, we offer Express UK Delivery for £6.99

• Excludes furniture and large items. Not included in the free delivery offer.

This service usually takes 1–2 working days from the day you place your order.

Large Items and Furniture Delivery

Delivery for large items and furniture costs £9.99
This service usually takes 3–5 working days from the day you place your order.

Order and Tracking Info

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
After our warehouse team has packed your order and the courier has collected it, we’ll send another email confirming that your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Some couriers may also send a text message on the day of delivery with a time slot.

Please note:

• We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
• We cannot amend delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

We use a range of couriers depending on the items you have ordered and where you are located for delivery. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel and DPD.
